Delicious Gudhjem Breakfast
Each morning, indulge in JANTZENs HOTEL’s lovely breakfast in the original and romantic pavilion located in the charming courtyard in the heart of Gudhjem. Step into a setting where you’ll be greeted by a table adorned with Musselmalet Royal Copenhagen porcelain on embroidered tablecloths in the 150-year-old pavilion. The large multi-pane windows offer a beautiful view of the courtyard. This picturesque scene is reflected in the large wall mirror on the opposite wall, which also draws attention to the paneling with built-in wall lamps on the ceiling. The windowsills catch the eye with their collection of various antiques.
JANTZENs Delightful Start To The Day
At the beautiful old bar counter, you’ll find the delightful – and primarily organic – breakfast buffet featuring coffee, tea, juice, yogurt & muesli, freshly baked bread, scrambled eggs & bacon, fresh fruit, and local specialties.
If you are a hotel guest, breakfast is included in the room rate.
If you are visiting from outside, you are welcome to enjoy JANTZENs breakfast.

JANTZENs Courtyard
During the peak season, JANTZENs Courtyard is open to both hotel guests and external visitors. We serve afternoon coffee/tea and cake, or snacks and wine: rosé, champagne, port wine.

“Jantzen’s Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Gudhjem, allowing you to walk around everywhere and even return to the hotel to drop off your purchases or take a siesta. The hotel is beautiful, and the new owners have tastefully decorated the interior.
We had a super cozy room with our own garden, where we could enjoy the sun. The bed is fantastic, and it’s wonderfully quiet even though it’s in the middle of the town.
The breakfast is authentic and delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. The service at the hotel is world-class, with a ‘Yes, we’ll figure it out’ attitude!! Thank you so much, Jantzen, for wonderful days in Bornholm – we will be back ;-)”
