At JANTZENS HOTEL, a classic breakfast is served in surroundings that combine historic character with modern simplicity.
The original Garden Room and the secluded courtyard garden can, by arrangement, provide the setting for lunch and dinner events.
All dishes are prepared with a clear focus on quality, craftsmanship, and carefully selected local produce from Bornholm.
A Calm Start to the Day
Each morning, breakfast is served with a selection of products from local producers – enjoyed in the Garden Room or in the courtyard garden when weather permits.
The selection is simple yet carefully considered: freshly baked bread, Bornholm cheeses and charcuterie, homemade jam, and freshly brewed coffee.
Breakfast is included for hotel guests and is also available to non-resident guests by prior reservation.
The price is DKK 175 for adults and DKK 100 for children (0–10 years).
Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00, and table reservations are recommended for non-resident guests.
